The SNP Executive in Edinburgh has backtracked on yet another of its manifesto promises from last year’s Scottish Parliamentary election campaign. The commitment to two hours of Physical Education teaching for every Scottish school pupil has been dropped by Ministers and would now appear to include the time spent walking to and from school.
