Dundee West MP Jim McGovern and his wife Norma visited for visited the Latin American School of Medicine in Havana, whilst they were on holiday in Cuba last week. Mr McGovern was invited to tour the school by the rector, Dr Juan D. Carrizo Estévez. Speaking today Mr McGovern said;
