Dundee West MP Jim McGovern today took the opportunity of a Parliamentary debate to speak up for local cyclists who are concerned about the Government’s new draft of the Highway Code.

The Government finally announced the result of the review of the Remploy factory network. Jim was pleased that, as he had argued for, the Dundee factory was saved. However, he still had concerns about Remploy workers from other factories.

After a day of meetings and debates Dundee West MP Jim McGovern was able to confirm categorically that the Dundee Remploy factory was safe from closure.
